Repeat Prescriptions

There are 3 ways to request your repeat prescriptions, these are:

Online or Website Requests

In order to request your prescription through the website, you will need to register for our online services.  A form is available in surgery to complete.  Once this is completed, please hand it to one of our reception staff.  This will be processed and be ready for collection within the next couple of days. You will need to bring two forms of identification with you including one with your current address on when collecting your login details.

Once you are registered you can click on the box on the homepage of this website. Or go directly to the Login page on this link.

Alternatively, you can request a prescription online using our online triage form. Go through the admin section, and click on repeat prescription. This will be dealt with and requested on the day, but please note we still ask to allow 3 working days for these requests. Here is the link for the triage page https://florey.accurx.com/p/g82074.

By Hand

Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Alternatively, we have repeat prescription forms in reception you can fill out and pass back to a receptionist. Your prescription will be ready for collection after 3 working days.

By Email

Please email gp.g82074@nhs.net to request your medication. Please include your name, date of birth and the names of all the medication you require.

Routine repeat prescriptions will take at least 72 hours to process, but please allow an extra day for any acute items which are not listed on your repeat medications.

Emergency prescriptions – If you need a prescription in an emergency, please speak to one of our receptionists who will try to assist you.
